	Why Do I Have to Wait So Long for My Electric Car to be Delivered?
		When you purchase your car your order is placed immediately, when it arrives at the distribution center it is usually put on a transport to you within hours... But, since most electric Vehicles are manufactured overseas some delays occur becuase of shipping long distances and customs inpections. Unfortuneately these are out of our control...

	When Do I Pay the Final Balance for my Car?
		Most Vehicles require final payment prior to shipment. An ElectricCars.com staff member will contact you when your car is in final prep at the distribution center. Unless otherwise notified we do not ask for final payment until we are 100% confident your car is within a 2-3 weeks of shipment.

	How Do You Receive Your Electric Car When You Buy it Online?
		We ship your car to you using bonded and insured auto transport services. Depending on your location shipping can be done easily and affordably. Ironically, the reason shipping costs can be high is due to the high price of fuel required by the shipping company. But, at least this will be one of the last times you'll pay for gas!.

	Can I Cancel My Order After Sending My Deposit/Payment and My Order has Been Processed?
		Once you submit an order with your deposit/payment to our order sales staff it is considered a binding agreement. Once we process your order we are charged transaction fees, service charges and charges and losses for false orders. For this reason like most online commerce merchants we have a "No Cancelation" policy. Please do not submit your order until you are ready to have the vehicle sent to you!
