Customer showroom previews and initial sales consultations are provided AT NO CHARGE - No billing will occur and no advertising emails. Customer Previews, updated information about vehicles and order forms are Displayed in the ElectricCars.com online showrooms and on customer Signup forms.

A customer confirmation will be emailed after custoemr submits an inquiry which will display sales information. Customer may also re-submit an inquiry to view his/her updated information and/or follw the link provided in the email(s) confirmation to online sales purchase forms and information.

After the Customer views the previews, contacts the sales representatives, contacts the ElectricCars.com staff, the manufacturer or distributer directly and purchases the vehicle or similar vehicle initially found in the ElectricCars.com online showrooms authority is then granted to ElectricCars.com to collect sales commissions and fees.

Orders are not active until customer agrees to purchase the vehicle(s), deposits, payments and confirmations of shipment, availability of car or accessories and order information have been received and processed and confirmation of order and authorizations by ElectricCars.com have been agreed to and emailed to customer directly from ElectricCars.com upon fulfilment of the above.

Electriccars.com serves as a communication portal for the purchase of vehciels, accessories and auto related services represented on or linked from or to this website. ElectricCars.com is a website that connects customers with licensed accredited automotive dealers, wholesalers, servicesand distributers. Customer may contact advertisers and manufacturers for professional reasons pertaining to purchasing vehicles and accessories. Customer is not permitted to contact participating manufacturers or other customers for any commercial reason, personal purposes or subject not directly related to electric cars.

Customer inquiries and orders are valid for a period specified commencing on the of the initial inquiry of vechile/accessory and a period of 12 months after date final payment of vehicle/accessory.

ElectricCars.com, it's agents and associates are not responsible for any aspect of owning and driving electric vehicles, any outcome of business transactions or results of viewing any content supplied to or from any link, webpage, or information found on the ElectricCars.com website and/or from participating dealers, agents, manufacturers, customers, staff,content contributers and administrators. All vehicles and products associated with electric transportation are deemed "experimental" and therefore do not apply to normal regulations regarding the sale and distribution of said vehicles and products.

Deposits paid to and held by ElectricCars.com for the purchase of a car or product or service are subject to processing fees, restock fees and/or order cancellation charges should customer cancel order. Deposits may be returned, refunded, rejected, withheld or released by ElectricCars.com to customer or manufacturer, dealer and/or service company at the sole discretion of ElectricCars.com A NO CANCELLATION/NO REFUND POLICY applies to all deposits, payments and funded loans after customer submits orders for vehicles, services and products directly to ElectricCars.com and ElectricCars.com sales confirmation has been registered and/or notification has been sent. Once deposits are allocated for release to manufacturer, dealer and/or service customer is subject to reimburse all restocking, administrative and associated costs encountered by ElectricCars.com resulting from the placement of such order.

Customer commissions and fees are ONE TIME ONLY and NO RECURING OR AUTOMATIC CHARGES WILL OCCUR (Unless customer specifically renews customer in the future or does something to create an additional service or purchase.)

Due to the volitile and everchanging automobile market and technical aspects of selling vehicles and accessories online ElectricCars.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-availability of vehicles, changes in distribution, pricing, or any situation that occurs during the transaction. Vehicle features, appearance and add on items are subject to change due to manufacturer and/or distributer modifications.

Customer agrees to display ElectricCars.com advertising items including license plate frames, surface graphics and stickers on easily seen area of vehicle for a period of 24 months after delivery of vehicle. Customer agrees to not use vehicles purchased from ElectricCars.com in any illegal action that may be deemed a descredit to the electric vehicle industry.

Customer status updates and announcements are sent by email to the email address given by customer at time of application. customer is responsible to provide accurate, correct, and active contact email address at time of activation. ElectricCars.com, it's agents and associates are not responsible for lost, returned, disactivated, or suspended contact notifications and contacts not delivered due to technical failures. customers click here for online order status updates

Customer must have an up to date version of Netscape, Internet Explorer or comparable web browser and widely available plugins (Currently RealVideo http://www.Real.com) to properly view high resolution graphics, video clips, internet plugins, codes and webpages. Photographs, Trademarks, Sponsors, person(s) names, text and video clips featured on this website are COPYRIGHTED and PROTECTED by International Copyright laws. All rights reserved. No duplication allowed. All materials, photographs, files, etc. are not to be used for any commercial use or displayed in public without written authorization from the owners of this website and the individual advertisers,content contributers, and manufacturers directly involved. Customer accepts all responsibility and agrees to pay all financial aspects of transporting vehicle to and from manufacturer.

WE STRONGLY ADVISE CUSTOMERS TO NOT MAKE ADJUSTMENTS OR ALTERATIONS OF MECHANISMS, SPEED RESTRICTION DEVICES, REGULATORS, GOVERNORS OR ANY DEVICE THAT WOULD COMPROMISE THE SAFETY AND PERFORMANCE OF THIER CARS, or to have thier cars altered by anyone in any way that will compromise the safety and performance of vehicle and it's accessories. We strongly advise Customers to confirm the legal aspects of operating electric vehicles in thier locations, and to not purchase cars that do not comply with regulations of thier local department of motor vehicles or other governing and legal entities. We do not support aftermarket products and custom modification services that add or remove features and/or devices that compromise the safety and legal operation of electric cars.

WE STRONGLY SUGGEST CUSTOMERS TO NOT DRIVE THIER CARS AT MAXIMUM RATED SPEEDS, OR ON ROADS DOMINATED BY LARGER VEHICLES, OR ROADS THAT ARE NOT SUITED FOR LOW WIEGHT VEHICLES - PLEASE REGARD SAFETY AS YOUR HIGHEST PRIORITY. Electric cars are subject ot all legal aspects of driving, including minimum age of drivers, sobriety, safety issues and common sense. Customer is responsible for all legal and ethical aspects of operating vehicles.

Common to most vehicle deliveries milage may occur due to transfers onto and off ships, transport trucks, maneuvering within, to and from dealership(s) and demonstration driving. Typical milage within 50 to 300 miles is considered acceptable at time of sale and has been deemed to not impact overall value of the vehicle.

Customer is not permitted to give access to online forms and information deemed personal for customer directly or indirectly to any other person(s). Customer inquiries and sale information is not applicable and/or transferable to any other person(s). Customer is held accountable and responsible to pay access costs and fees should customer give his/her access code to any other person(s) either directly or indirectly.

ElectricCars.com prides itself on conducting online business to the highest honor. All fraudulent transactions are investigated and electronic IP addressing, internet connection data, and Identities will be provided to local police and international FBI should return charges occur. ElectricCars.com does not allow third parties to contact customers and all reasonable efforts are done to prtotect customer's identity and privacy. Due to technical aspects of online data and business transactions ElectricCars.com will not be held accountable for hyjacked, stolen or damaged data.

ElectricCars.com reserves the right to display customers info in public areas of the website without direct contact information. A clearance period of up to 40 days may be required in order to administer credit card payments. Charges are displayed on customer's statements under our parent company ARCIVE NETWORKS INC. Please make note of this for when your statement arrives later this month. We reserve the right to refuse customer and access to any person who does not follow these terms or for justifiable reasons without refund.
