I went into business in 1986. Never once did my company ever receive a negative report, no complaints I can't ever recall even letting a customer down. When we began working in electric vehicles in 1998 we worked with the best companies we could find, hundreds of them.

Like all businesses there are bad eggs. We've been duped by a very few. You might have read something on the web about our customers not getting cars. Let me tell you this happened in a very few cases. And, let me also tell you my promise to our customers...

IF ANY COMPANY FAILS TO DELIVER A CAR TO ANY CUSTOMER OF OURS I WILL NOT REST UNTIL THEY REFUND MONEY AND COSTS AND/OR ARE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.

There have been 2 instances where this happend. The first was in 2007 when a BOZO in so cal convinced us he had an electric car he could make and deliver to our good paying customers. Shortly after getting deposits he simply no longer felt the need to be honest, deliver cars or even return our phone calls. I personally worked with the So Cal police, FBI crime board and local entities and "hunted him down like a deer". A few months later we found out he was hiding in a trailer in another country... HE WAS ARRESTED, PUT IN JAIL, FORCED TO PAY BACK OUR CUSTOMERS and INVESTIGATIVE COSTS. We not only put him out of business, but ended up taking over his website and had him sign an agreement to never work in the EV industry again.

There will always be BOZO's who think they can take advantage of people. They think when times get tough they can shut up shop, tell everyone they're done, skip out with deposit money and file chatper 11... When somebody steals from our customers we don't care if their business model didn't work. We give them ample opportunity to reimburse our customers. If they don't they will find out how powerful the internet is, and how many EV customers come to us for information... Thier family, friends, neighbors, future and past customers will eventually read all about thier dishonest acts. I guarrantee we won't stop until the right thing is done. Every time.

Please keep in mind these very few bad guys are just a small portion of a great community of hard working, self-sacrificing, honest EV enthusiasts... And let me also say if a company trulytries thier best to do business honestly but fails we understand and act accordingly. But, as you will see a couple bad eggs just thought they'd stop retuning phone calls and run and hide... In these very few cases let me tell you regardless of thier "business status" we will hold these companies AND THEIR OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES accountable. We don't "forgive and forget" them for the money they stole from our customers EVER!.
